With her extensive home building industry background and local market knowledge she puts her education and experience to work for you! She is also deeply knowledgeable in new construction homes, military transfers, and job relocations. She understands what a family needs during those times as she is also a Navy Veteran spouse and she too, has had to relocate her family.  As a native South Carolinian, Jennifer has undertaken a variety of professional roles for both local Charleston Home Builders in the area and commercial contractors in Atlanta after graduating college. Her background includes work in the home design and building industry and commercial interior construction. In the last 18 years, she has been a successful Project Manager for an Award winning Commercial Interiors Firm, built homes as a Home Builder, Designed and Estimated homes, Coordinated and Designed Entire Communities in our area and Sold homes as a Professional Real Estate Agent. There is not much about the local home building industry Mrs. Kunda is not familiar with. She finally decided to take all of that knowledge and create Summerville Elite Homes Group as she saw a need for experienced, competent real estate professionals in the local area that could handle all aspects of real estate for their clients. Mrs. Kunda holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture from Clemson University. Her past volunteer work ranges from helping build homes for Habitat for Humanity, to assisting her husband in coaching little league baseball, to serving on the local Goose Creek Architectural Review Board, Dorchester Comp Plan Committee and Dorchester Planning Commission Board. She has also served on various boards during her time in Atlanta from the Norcross Development Authority, Norcross Downtown Development Authority, and the Sustainable Norcross Board. Summerville is her home and she has resided in the Summerville area for the past ten years with her husband, 2 beautiful children, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Mainstreet Properties is proud to have her as the team leader and all the valuable experience she brings to the table.
